Once a customer places a pre-order, we will reserve the corresponding SKU from the incoming stock and contact the customer to provide an estimated warehouse arrival and shipping date.

We will calculate the shipping cost with a third-party carrier when we process the order, and this price will be the final cost for customer shipping. Shipping rates may fluctuate from day to day. If we are overcharged for shipping, we will refund the difference.

Pick-Up Service
We are excited to offer a pick-up service at our distribution center. Once your order is ready, you can choose to pick it up at our distribution center. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.

Local Delivery
Our standard delivery service includes door-to-door delivery only. If you require additional services, such as in-home delivery or assembly, additional charges will apply.

A: GreenLife provides a 1-year warranty on all equipment. For 4-motor massage beds, the warranty period is extended to 2 years.

A: The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any defective parts at no additional cost.
