If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving or picking up your item, with a valid proof of purchase. The item must be in its original condition and original packaging. If the item has been opened or used, a 20–30% restore fee will apply. For returns or exchanges not due to a product defect, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs (both outbound and return). For orders with free shipping, the actual round-trip shipping cost of the returned or exchanged item will be deducted from the refund amount.

Flash Sale, clearance, and final sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Once the item is returned and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note: refund processing time may vary depending on your bank’s policies, typically within 1–7 business days. Returns and exchanges are only accepted to the original delivery address. You will be responsible for any loss or damage beyond the approved return or exchange conditions. Certain terms and exceptions may apply.

If your item arrives damaged, please retain all items, including inner and outer packaging, and contact your sales representative immediately to ensure appropriate action is taken.
