Due to the presence of visually similar products on the market, a proof of purchase is required when requesting warranty service. For large products, the product serial number must also be provided (all large Greenlife items have unique serial numbers to ensure better service). Shipping costs during warranty service must be covered by both parties ā€” each party is responsible for the shipping fee to send the product to the other.

The vacuum Breaker valve is CSA/PUC certified: 2 years

Leather & Faucet 1 year

The sewage drainage pipe is made of plastic and is considered a consumable item, not covered under the warranty.

Electric Facial Beds (for products over $1000 CAD)

Final Sale Items: 2-day exchange only (any issues within 2 days can be exchanged in-store)
