Once a customer places a pre-order, we will reserve the corresponding SKU from the incoming stock and contact the customer to provide an estimated warehouse arrival and shipping date.

A: GreenLife provides a 1-year warranty on all equipment. For 4-motor massage beds, the warranty period is extended to 2 years.
Q: What does the warranty cover?
A: The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any defective parts at no additional cost.
Q: What is not covered under the warranty?
A: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
