In general, domestic shipments are processed and shipped within 72 hours.
Because Greenlife follows a strategy of offering high-quality products at competitive prices, many items sell quickly. As a result, some products are marked as "Pre-Order," indicating they are either in transit or currently in production. The estimated wait time for these items ranges from 1 to 16 weeks. Once a customer places a pre-order, we will reserve the corresponding SKU from the incoming stock and contact the customer to provide an estimated warehouse arrival and shipping date.

Pick-Up Service
We are excited to offer a pick-up service at our distribution center. Once your order is ready, you can choose to pick it up at our distribution center. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.
Local Delivery
Our standard delivery service includes door-to-door delivery only. If you require additional services, such as in-home delivery or assembly, additional charges will apply.

A: The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any defective parts at no additional cost.
Q: What is not covered under the warranty?
A: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
