The product itself is great. It is durable, comfy and looks gorgeous.
I only disliked the shipping company service. They do only one delivery attempt per their policy and left my package at a warehouse 20km away from my location. I needed to take a day off to pick up my chair as they do not work on weekends and close at 6pm on weekdays. It is really inconvenient and dissapointing.
Other then that, I am happy with my purchase

So far the chair has been incredible. No instructions to put it together but I figured it out. It’s very sturdy. Well made and feels professional! I’ve been told it’s comfortable too
