Warranty Policy

Note: This warranty policy is effective as of May 2025.
Due to the presence of visually similar products on the market, a proof of purchase is required when requesting warranty service. For large products, the product serial number must also be provided (all large Greenlife items have unique serial numbers to ensure better service).

Shipping costs during warranty service must be covered by both parties — each party is responsible for the shipping fee to send the product to the other.

Warranty Coverage by Product:

• Vintage Barber Chairs:

  • Hydraulic Pump: 4 years

  • Chair Frame: 4 years

  • Peeling Leather: 2 years
    (Scratches and discoloration are not covered)

• Reclining Barber Chairs & Styling Chairs:

  • Entire Unit: 1 year
    (Scratches and discoloration are not covered)

• Shampoo Beds:

  • Bed Frame: 2 years

  • UPC-Certified Plumbing Parts: 2 years

  • Standard Plumbing Parts: 1 year

• Electric Facial Beds (priced over CAD $1000):

  • Motor: 2 years

  • Bed Frame: 2 years

  • Peeling Leather: 1 year
    (Scratches and discoloration are not covered)

• Small Electrical Appliances (e.g., facial steamers, LED ring lights, LED mirrors):

  • Regular Price Items: 3-month warranty

  • Final Sale Items: 2-day exchange only (any issues within 2 days can be exchanged in-store)
