At Greenlife, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility 

You can return your items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Final Sale or Clearance items
  • Customized items
  • Items that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons
  • Bundled items at a discounted price (e.g., "5 for $25") can only be returned as a bundle

Restocking Fee 

Please note that items not in their original condition will be subject to a restocking fee of 10-20% of the item's price.

Return Process 

To initiate a return, you need to contact us first for pre-authorization. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. However, if the return is due to a fulfillment error, product defect, or damage incurred during shipping, we will cover the return shipping cost.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

In-Store Purchases 

Please note that items purchased in-store can only be returned to the original store of purchase.
