Return & Exchange

We want to ensure your satisfaction over every purchase. If something is not right with your purchase, we’ll be glad to assist you.

Greenlife accepts returns within 30 calendar days. All returns, exchanges or services require pre-authorization. To qualify for a refund, items must be in its new, unassembled condition with all original materials and/or accessories. Original receipts are required for all returns and exchanges. If the condition does not match our requirement, Greenlife may charge a restocking fee of 10% - 20% (Depending on the satuation) that will be withheld from the refund.


There are a few items that can’t be returned:

-Items advertised Final Sale or Clearance

-Customized items

-Certain items cannot be returned for hygienic reasons

-Bundled items for discounted price, e.g. “5 for $25”, cannot be returned alone and can only be returned with the entire bundle


If a return is not received at our processing facility within 30 days, it may be subject to a partial refund. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the return is a result of a fulfillment error, product defect, or damage incurred during shipping, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for Non-Buyer's Remorse returns. All returns are subject to inspection, and if found not to be an error on our part, the return shipping costs will be withheld from your refund.
