At Greenlife, your satisfaction is our top priority. We know how important fast delivery is, which is why we work hard to process your order as quickly as possible. Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days, with shipping typically taking 2–5 business days, depending on your local carrier and location.

Delivery address must be within a 30 km radius of each store

Excludes products shipped from the United States

Excluding clearance products, salon( e.g.Lanvain ) and Master ®️products.

Greenlife reserves the right of final interpretation of this shipping fee policy.

Extra-large items

Extra-large items (with a volume of 0.5 cubic meters or more) will incur an additional pallet fee of $50 per item.

Order Confirmation and Delivery

Once your order is placed, our dedicated delivery team will contact you within two business days to confirm your order and schedule a delivery appointment.

Shipping Providers

We entrust your orders to reliable third-party carriers such as FedEx®, Purolator®, Canpar®, or UPS®. For oversized or overweight products, we use Freight Carrier and your items may be placed on pallets for safe transportation.

Pick-Up Service

We are excited to offer a pick-up service at our distribution center. Once your order is ready, you can choose to pick it up at our distribution center. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order. We kindly ask that you pick up your orders within three business days to avoid any potential storage fees.

Tracking Your Order

We understand that you would want to know the status of your order. Therefore, a tracking number will be posted on the order page for your convenience.

Exclusions

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Also, all standard delivery services—whether provided by a third-party carrier or our in-house delivery team - are priced to deliver goods to the exterior of the main entrance at your address. This does not include additional handling services such as bringing items inside, carrying them up/down stairs, placing them in your desired location, or removing packaging waste. For extra services, please contact us. Greenlife reserves the right to final interpretation of this delivery policy.
