Carrier Deliver

At Greenlife, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand the importance of prompt delivery, so we ensure that your order is processed swiftly.


Order Confirmation and Delivery


Once you place an order, our dedicated delivery team will contact you within two business days to confirm your order and schedule a delivery appointment.


Shipping Providers


We entrust your orders to reliable third-party carriers. Depending on your location, your shipment may be delivered by various carriers. For oversized or overweight products, we use Freight Carrier, ensuring your items are safely transported on pallets.


Tracking Your Order


We understand the importance of knowing the status of your order. Therefore, a tracking number will be provided and posted on the order page for your convenience.


Exclusions


Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Also, we only provide door-to-door delivery. If you require our employee to carry the product into a personal property (e.g., shop, store, personal room, building, condo, elevator, stairs), we kindly ask for your assistance. Greenlife Inc. won't be able to cover the damages or losses that might occur during delivery.


Additional Information


Greenlife Inc. uses third-party logistics providers for delivery services. As such, we cannot be held responsible for any errors, delays, damages, or losses that may occur during the shipment process. By placing an order with us, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms. We recommend that the customer tracks their shipment and contacts the relevant carrier directly for any issues or concerns regarding their delivery. If needed, we can file a claim with the logistics provider on the customer's behalf.


Please be advised that any additional requests or rescheduling from the customer during shipment may incur additional costs, such as storage fees, which will be charged to the customer.

Local Pick up & Deliver

Pick-Up Service


We are excited to offer a pick-up service at our distribution center. Once your order is ready, you can choose to pick it up at our distribution center. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order. We kindly ask that you pick up your orders within three business days to avoid any potential storage fees.


Local Delivery


Please allow a delivery timeframe of 2-7 business days. We will contact you to confirm the delivery schedule.

Our standard delivery service includes door-to-door delivery only. Should you require additional services, such as in-home delivery or assembly, additional charges will apply.


Charges for Moving Up/Down Stairs: 

1.1. By Elevator: A charge of C$15 will be applied for using the elevator.

1.2. Manual Handling Per Floor: A charge of C$25 will be applied for manual handling on each floor.


Urgent Orders:

Same-Day Delivery (Business Days): Requests for same-day delivery on business days will incur an additional charge of C$100.00.

Next-Day Delivery (Business Days): Requests for next-day delivery on business days will incur an additional charge of C$50.00.


Non-Business Hours Delivery:

Early or Late Delivery: Deliveries scheduled before 10:00 am or after 4:30 pm will incur an additional charge of C$50.00.

Non-Store Business Days Delivery: Deliveries on days when the store is closed will incur an additional charge of C$100.00.


Specific Delivery Time Window:

Less Than 120 Minutes: If the requested delivery time window is less than 120 minutes, an additional charge of C$50.00 will be applied.
