100% Store Credit: If the price of a product you purchased drops within the 14-day window, we will credit the difference to your GreenLife account. This will be in the form of store credit, which you can use for any future purchases on our platform.
How to Claim
Notification: If you notice a price drop on a product you've purchased within the last 14 days, contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the price difference.
Verification: Our team will verify the price difference and the date of your purchase.
Credit Issuance: Once verified, a coupon reflecting the price difference value will be issued to you. This coupon can be used for any future purchases on our platform.
Terms & Conditions
The Price Protection Policy applies only to products sold directly by GreenLife.
The product must be identical in terms of model, size, color, and other specifications.
The Price Protection Policy does not apply to products on clearance, closeout sales, or errors in advertising.
GreenLife reserves the right to modify or discontinue this policy at any time without prior notice.

Price Match Policy
At GreenLife, we are dedicated to offering our customers the best value for their money. We are confident in our pricing and proudly stand by our commitment to provide the lowest prices across Canada. If you find a lower advertised price on an identical product from a recognized Canadian retailer, we will match it.
Product Match: The product must be identical in model and specifications.
Active Advertisements: The lower price must be currently advertised and verifiable at the time of the price match request.
Exclusions: Clearance sales, liquidations, special promotions, rebates, coupons, free promotional offers, and bundled products are excluded.
Canadian Retailers: The competing retailer must be based in Canada. Online prices must also include shipping and other additional charges.
Verification: We reserve the right to verify the lower price and availability of the product.
