Product Reserve Policy

We are committed to providing our customers with the best value and service. We understand that sometimes you might find the perfect item during a promotion but may not be able to pick it up immediately. That's why we offer a reservation policy to help you secure your desired product at the promotional price.

Reservation Deposit and Holding

To reserve an item, customers are required to pay a deposit amounting to 50% of the product’s retail price. This deposit ensures that the product is held for you in our warehouse until you are ready for pick-up or delivery. Depending on the situation, additional storage fees and cancellation fees may apply as follows:

  1. No Additional Charges: If the final payment is made and the product is picked up or shipped within 30 days of placing the deposit, no additional fees will be charged.

  2. Order Cancellation Within 30 Days: If the order is canceled within 30 days of the deposit being placed, the full deposit will be refunded without any additional fees.

  3. Storage Fee After 30 Days: If the product is picked up or shipped after 30 days from the deposit date, a daily storage fee will be incurred: an additional $2 per square meter will be charged for each day beyond 30 days.

  4. Storage and Cancellation Fees After 30 Days: If the order is canceled after more than 30 days from the deposit date, the following fees will apply:

    • Storage Fee: A daily fee of $2 per square meter will be charged for each day beyond 30 days.
    • Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee equal to 10% of the product's retail price.

Note:

  • If the deposit collected is less than the total of the storage and cancellation fees, the order will be automatically canceled, and the deposit will be used to cover these fees.
  • Customized products cannot be returned.

The reserved product will be held for a maximum of one month from the date of reservation. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. If a customer wishes to cancel the order within one month of the reservation, the full deposit will be refunded. However, any cancellation made after one month of the reservation will result in the forfeiture of 40%-60% of the deposit as a reserve fee and storage fee. The remaining balance of the deposit will be refunded to the customer.

If the customer does not take possession of the reserved product within one month, the deposit will be forfeited, and the product will be made available for sale to other customers. Any changes to the reservation must be made in writing and are subject to the approval of the company.

This policy ensures that we can continue to offer our customers the best possible prices by minimizing the costs associated with storing items for extended periods. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
