Shipping Charges

Pick-Up Service
We are excited to offer a pick-up service at our distribution center. Once your order is ready, you can choose to pick it up at our distribution center. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.
Local Delivery
Our standard delivery service includes door-to-door delivery only. If you require additional services, such as in-home delivery or assembly, additional charges will apply.
Q: What is the warranty period for GreenLife equipment?
A: GreenLife provides a 1-year warranty on all equipment. For 4-motor massage beds, the warranty period is extended to 2 years.
Q: What does the warranty cover?
A: The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any defective parts at no additional cost.
Q: What is not covered under the warranty?
A: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

I have honestly never left a review in my life, but feel this is warranted. The communication prior to ordering was phenomenal. However after receiving the tables and expressing our concerns, we never heard a single thing back.
I will start by saying so far the chairs seem to be working fine. I do need to click the foot peddle about 3 times before it actually works. I don't know if this is just how they operate (maybe a safety feature) or if the connection isn't working 100%. But regardless, I am happy with the overall function of the chair. Especially given the price point (obvs cheaper than a lot of other companies)
The issue I have is the following:
The chairs were shipped on a pallet WAY too small to hold the weight of 3 of these stacked onto of one another. The delivery company actually phoned us, warning us about the state the boxes were delivered in. Telling us we should get ready to contact the company because he didn't think the product would be in working order. The chairs arrived stacked, boxes completely ripped open, bending on either side of the pallet from the sheer weight being on such a small pallet. Then, when the delivery truck arrived, we had to help unload the chairs ourselves. I literally threw my back out helping unload these massive boxes and had to take a couple days off work. They were impossible to carry as the boxes were literally falling apart and weighed 150lbs. I should mention we paid $400 for shipping and delivery...
To my surprise, the chairs inside were undamaged. I still don't know how we lucked out after them arriving in such bad shipping condition. I sincerely hope the company read my message I sent them and reads this review and adjusts how they package their products and what delivery service they use. Because I would't be surprised if others weren't as lucky and had the product damaged in the process of being delivered.
Overall: good product for the price, terrible shipping and delivery (especially for having paid $400 just for that), and bad communication when an issue arises.
