Broken Chair

I bought 5 chairs which took months to get and when I did one was broken. Trying to get ahold of anyone from emails to phone calls was next to zero. It was weeks after I got it before I spoke to anyone. I was told to send picture and videos which I did. Finally the lady fro North york store said I can return it but I would have to bring it to them. I don't have a truck so It has been a couple of weeks to try to figure out how to drive across the city to get this chair for the return. This has been very fustrating. The hours are not good as I work the same hours as they are open. I feel you guys should come and get it. It very very inconvient for me. Not happy at all. I just tried to upload the video and photos just now and it would not take it.
