Because Greenlife follows a strategy of offering high-quality products at competitive prices, many items sell quickly. Once a customer places a pre-order, we will reserve the corresponding SKU from the incoming stock and contact the customer to provide an estimated warehouse arrival and shipping date.

A: The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any defective parts at no additional cost.
