Each warranty lasts for the number of years stated against each product starting from the date of purchase.
Most furniture (such as massage tables and chairs) carry 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase (excluding exchange).
Exclude leather and cushion part.
Electrical appliances (such as steamers, tower warmers and warming pads) carry 12 months warranty against manufacturing defects.
Small electrical appliances (such as nail drill marchine, nail lamps and wax pots) carry 6 months warranty against manufacturing defects.
For all the facial beds, we have a 1-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects to coverthe basic frame, such as hydraulic accessories, pump, internal base, legs.
For other product’s issues that due to the improper use by customers, which will not becoveredby our warranty. There are some typical examples:1. People press hard or sit directly in the marked area, causing the board to break. 2. Physical & Aging damages such as external cracks, scratches on leather.
Duration of warranty
What will Greenlife do to correct the problem?
Greenlife will examine the product and decide, at its sole discretion, if it is covered under this warranty. If considered covered, Greenlife through its own service operations, will then, at its sole discretion, replace it with the same or a comparable product. If the item is no longer sold by Greenlife, Greenlife will provide an appropriate replacement. It is Greenlife that determines, at its sole discretion, what constitutes an appropriate replacement.
Conditions for the warranties
The warranties are valid from the date of purchase at Greenlife or date of delivery if later. The original purchase receipt is required as proof of purchase.
- Custom-made countertops
- Normal wear and tear
- Cuts or scratches
- Damage caused by impacts or accidents
- Products that have been stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly
- Products that have been used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered
- Cleaned with the wrong cleaning methods or products
- Products that have been used for public use, outdoors, or in a corrosive environment
- Accidental damage
- Custom modifications made by the customer
- Not following assembly and care instructions carefully
To be able to rely on this warranty you need to follow the specific care instructions at the Greenlife stores and on the Greenlife website.

For all other appliances, please contact our head office in Canada at 1-877-880-8051. Please have the sales order number (found on the receipt) and model/serial number (found on the receipt) on hand before calling. If outside Canada, contact your authorized Greenlife retailer to determine if another warranty applies.
