Shipping option

Once your order has been placed, our delivery team will contact you within 2 business days to confirm your order and make an appointment for delivery. Shipment will be arranged by Greenlife. Depending on your location, your shipment may be delivered by a different third-party carrier (Fedex, Purolator, Canpar, UPS, or others).

Oversized or overweight products will be shipped by Freight Carrier. At most times, your products will be put on pallets. A tracking number will be provided and posted on the order page.

Please note that customers are required to provide an available parking place for delivery. Greenlife Inc. typically provides door-to-door delivery, but if the customer requires the carrier to carry the product into a personal property (such as a shop, store, personal room, building, condo, elevator, or stairs), the customer will need to assist the delivery person in carrying the products. 

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

NOTE. Greenlife Inc. uses third-party logistics providers for delivery services. As such, we cannot be held responsible for any errors, delays, damages or losses that may occur during the shipment process. 

By placing an order with us, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms. We recommend that the customer tracks their shipment and contacts the relevant carrier directly for any issues or concerns regarding their delivery. If needed, we can file a claim with the logistics provider on the customer's behalf.

*Please be advised that any additional requests or rescheduling from the customer during shipment may incur additional costs, such as storage fees, which will be charged to the customer.

Additional requests including Inside Delivery, Tailgate Delivery, Handbombing Charge, Two-man Delivery service, etc.
