Order Confirmation and Delivery
In general, domestic shipments are processed and shipped within 72 hours.
Because Greenlife follows a strategy of offering high-quality products at competitive prices, many items sell quickly. As a result, some products are marked as "Pre-Order," indicating they are either in transit or currently in production. The estimated wait time for these items ranges from 1 to 16 weeks. Once a customer places a pre-order, we will reserve the corresponding SKU from the incoming stock and contact the customer to provide an estimated warehouse arrival and shipping date.
Shipping Providers
We entrust your orders to reliable third-party carriers. Depending on your location, your shipment may be delivered by various carriers. For oversized or overweight products, we use Freight Carrier, ensuring your items are safely transported on pallets.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order. We will calculate the shipping cost with a third-party carrier when we process the order, and this price will be the final cost for customer shipping. Shipping rates may fluctuate from day to day. If we are overcharged for shipping, we will refund the difference.
Pick-Up Service
We are excited to offer a pick-up service at our distribution center. Once your order is ready, you can choose to pick it up at our distribution center. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.
Local Delivery
Our standard delivery service includes door-to-door delivery only. If you require additional services, such as in-home delivery or assembly, additional charges will apply.
Q: Can I choose delivery or pickup when ordering online?
A: Yes! During checkout, you can select either local pickup or shipping, depending on what works best for you.
Q: How do I know if the product is in stock?
A: Stock availability is shown directly on each product page—if it's available to order online, it's in stock. “Coming Soon” means it will be restocked within a month. Pre-Order” indicates longer lead times, usually around 3 months.
Q: Can I see shipping costs before paying?
A: Yes! Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout. It’s based on third-party courier rates, and we always review it before shipping—if there’s any error, we’ll adjust it manually to ensure fairness.
Q: What is the warranty period for GreenLife equipment?
A: GreenLife provides a 1-year warranty on all equipment. For 4-motor massage beds, the warranty period is extended to 2 years.
Q: What does the warranty cover?
A: The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any defective parts at no additional cost.
Q: What is not covered under the warranty?
A: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
