How To Use

Usage Instructions – Hard Wax

  1. Area to be Waxed must be clean, dry and free from any oils and creams. Caronlab Australia recommends the use of Prep – Pre Wax Skin Cleanser as it has been designed to work together for best results with Caronlab Australia Waxes. Always test Wax on the inside of your wrist before use. Do not apply on warts, moles and broken or irritated skin.
  2. You may begin by dipping Spatula into Wax, which should be the consistency of thick honey.
  3. Apply Wax with the hair growth, leaving one edge thicker to create a lip. Hard Wax should be applied in a thick section. Wax will remain smooth and soft, maintaining its elasticity and pliability.
  4. Hold skin taut and remove Wax by pulling in the opposite direction of hair growth.
  5. For the perfect finish and to remove any Wax residue on the skin, we recommend you use After – After Waxing Oil and Soothe Mango & Witch Hazel or Aloe – Aloe Vera Hydrating Gel to complete your treatment. To clean equipment use Solvent – Wax Remover Citrus Clean.

Heating Instructions – Microwave to Pot™ technology

  1. Place Caronlab Australia Wax Heater Insert into your Caronlab Australia Professional Wax Heater. Microwave to Pot™ technology jars should be placed directly into a Wax Heater Insert.
  2. To warm Wax directly in your Caronlab Australia Professional Wax Heater, remove the lid and insert jar directly into an appropriate professional Wax Heater on a medium setting.
  3. To use Microwave to Pot™ technology, remove lid from jar and place off center in microwave and heat for a minimum of 2 minutes, but no longer than 4 minutes depending on the wattage of your microwave and the amount of Wax remaining in the jar.
  4. Once Wax has softened, place jar into your Caronlab Australia Wax Heater Insert. Regulate Heater to a medium setting of approximately 149°F–167°F or 65°C–75°C, between dial 3-4 on your Caronlab Australia Professional Wax Heater.
  5. Dip Wax Spatula into Wax, at the correct consistency Wax should resemble a thick honey and should sit on the end of the Spatula and be practically dripless. If Wax is moving, it is too hot.
  • Important: Do not heat over 140°C/284°F
  • Place a Wax Heater Insert into your Caronlab Australia Professional Wax Heater. Microwave to Pot™ technology jars should not be placed directly into a Wax Heater
  • Do not try this with other brands’ pots; they will melt in the Wax Heater

Heating Instructions – Beads

  1. Place Wax Beads into the Caronlab Australia Professional Wax Heater Insert, no higher than ¾ full.
  2. Heat on the highest setting for 20 minutes. DO NOT stir during this time.
  3. When Wax is completely melted, turn down to 60°C (140°F) or between dial 3-4 on a Caronlab Australia Professional Wax Heater.
  4. Dip Spatula into the Wax which should be the consistency of thick honey, if it’s dripping it is too hot.
  5. DO NOT block the edges of the Professional Wax Heater Insert when topping up Beads. NO MORE than a scoop at a time.
  6. Always work from a ¾ full Wax Heater.

As a result, some products are marked as "Pre-Order," indicating they are either in transit or currently in production. The estimated wait time for these items ranges from 1 to 16 weeks. Once a customer places a pre-order, we will reserve the corresponding SKU from the incoming stock and contact the customer to provide an estimated warehouse arrival and shipping date.

Shipping Providers
We entrust your orders to reliable third-party carriers. Depending on your location, your shipment may be delivered by various carriers. For oversized or overweight products, we use Freight Carrier, ensuring your items are safely transported on pallets.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order. We will calculate the shipping cost with a third-party carrier when we process the order, and this price will be the final cost for customer shipping. Shipping rates may fluctuate from day to day. If we are overcharged for shipping, we will refund the difference.


Pick-Up Service
We are excited to offer a pick-up service at our distribution center. Once your order is ready, you can choose to pick it up at our distribution center. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.

Local Delivery
Our standard delivery service includes door-to-door delivery only. If you require additional services, such as in-home delivery or assembly, additional charges will apply.
