Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

GREENLIFE is committed to product safety, regulatory compliance, and the integrity of your medical and aesthetic equipment. Please review the following terms regarding your return eligibility , restocking fee requirements , and non-returnable item disclaimers for professional use.

1. General Policy

At GREENLIFE, we prioritize product safety, regulatory compliance, and product integrity. Due to the nature of medical and aesthetic equipment, this policy is designed to ensure both customer satisfaction and adherence to industry regulations.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Unless otherwise specified, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Consumables (needles, syringes, cannulas, etc.)
  • Sterile or single-use products
  • Opened or tampered products
  • Products that come into direct contact with skin (pillows, supports, etc.)
  • Chemical products, gels, disinfectants
  • Custom-made products (see Section 6)
  • Final sale items, open-box items, and second-hand products
  • Medical-grade dermal fillers
  • Injectable medical devices
  • Prescription medical devices
  • Damage caused by improper unboxing by the customer

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

Contact GREENLIFE within 48 hours of receipt

Provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

GREENLIFE will:

Replace the item, or Provide store credit

 

If the issue is due to our error:
Return shipping will be covered by GREENLIFE
No restocking fee will apply

4.  Eligible Returns

Only items that meet ALL the following conditions are eligible:

  • Product is unopened and unused
  • Packaging and seals intact
  • Not expired
  • Not sterile or prescription-based
  • RMA approval obtained from GREENLIFE

5. Restocking Fees

Based on return timing:

     From the time the deposit is paid for the order until within 7 days after the product is received: 15% restocking fee

     8–21 days: 20% restocking fee

     22–30 days: 30% restocking fee

     After 30 days: No returns accepted

All returns must:

  • Have an approved RMA number
  • Be securely packaged

Damaged returns will be refused and not refunded

6. Custom Products (Critical Clause)

Medical devices and aesthetic equipment with customization requirements,for refunds requested after the deposit has been paid and before the product is shipped, Non-refundable!

Important Note:

 

     The refund request time is determined solely by the timestamp of the email sent to GREENLIFE’s official email address.
     Phone calls, text messages, chat messages, or voicemails are not considered valid for determining the request timeline.

7. Shipping & Related Costs

For non-defective returns: Return shipping, Re-delivery fees, Any related costs: Are the responsibility of the customer

The following are non-refundable: Original shipping fees, Expedited shipping fees, Oversize item charges

8. Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued:

  • Via original payment method, or Store credit
  • Processing time: 2–5 business days after approval

9. Return Restrictions

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

  • Product is used or damaged
  • Not in resellable condition
  • No RMA provided
  • Packaging incomplete
  • Outside return period
  • Falls under Section 2 exclusions

Final approval of all returns
Final determination of eligibility
